Aged Care Advocate Brisbane South

Full-time/part-time 12-month
fixed term contract

ADA Australia is seeking applications for a temporary full-time or part-time Aged Care Advocate in the Brisbane South region. In this role, you will provide information and individual advocacy support to older people in the region who have issues related to aged care services. We are looking for people who have a strong sense of social justice, are great communicators, and have the ability to understand and apply legislation, policies and procedures, and identify issues and problem solve. Qualifications or experience in human/community services would be an advantage. The role is classified as a level 5 position under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. Please note applicants are required to submit their resume, application form, and a response to the key selection criteria as outlined in the Position Description. Applications close: 5 pm, Wednesday 7 February 2024.
