How we can help

Raise issues and be heard:

  • address unfair treatment (discrimination) or bullying at work
  • resolve issues with your employer
  • understand your rights

Speak up to feel safe and supported at work:

  • work conditions and adjustments
  • inclusion in the workplace
  • asking for what you need in the workplace

Understand your work options:

  • your work choices
  • understand payments
  • navigate work processes

Where we work

The Supported Employment Advocacy program is available to people with disability anywhere in Queensland, with flexible delivery options available for rural and remote regions.

How we work

Our advocates offer sessions to help participants explore workplace concerns and develop strategies to resolve issues. We work to provide guidance and support throughout the process, whether it involves understanding your rights, improving working conditions, or navigating workplace options.
