Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia (ADA Australia) is a not-for-profit, independent organisation that provides services to metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote communities across Queensland, including the Gold Coast area. Our mission is to improve the well-being of older people and those living with disabilities through our advocacy and legal services.
Our Gold Coast team has over 30 years of experience helping people speak up for their rights and needs. We offer aged care advocacy, disability advocacy, and community legal services. All our services are free, confidential, and client-focused.

At the Gold Coast, we provide aged care advocacy, disability advocacy, and community legal services, which specialise in guardianship and administration matters. Our goal is to help people understand their rights and needs, as well as speak up for them.

Aged Care Advocacy
People living in the Gold Coast region who are having issues accessing aged care support services or have any concerns about their service provisions for the following Australian Government-funded aged care programs are eligible for our help.

- Commonwealth-funded dementia services
