Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia (ADA Australia) is a not-for-profit independent organisation serving metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote communities across Queensland.
Our mission is to improve the well-being of seniors through our advocacy services. In Bundaberg, our team offers aged care advocacy and community legal services.

Our experienced team offers aged care advocacy for seniors and community legal services in the Bundaberg area. Our services aim to help seniors understand their rights when accessing or receiving aged care services, and we can provide legal advice and representation related to guardianship and administration matters.

Aged Care Advocacy
Our team provides aged care advocacy services designed to help seniors uphold their rights and have their voices heard. We can help seniors with:

- Understanding their rights when receiving home care services or residential care
- Raising and addressing any concerns with service agreements, fees, statements, and budgets
- Support with reviewing and negotiating care plans
- Making referrals for additional assessments and services
The Bundaberg team can also assist with aged care assessments and referrals. We can also help explain financial assessments and fees so you can make informed decisions.

ADA Law Community Legal Service
Along with advocacy services, at ADA Australia, we also provide community legal services through ADA Law in Bundaberg. ADA Law provides decision-making, legal and advocacy services to support adults whose capacity is in question. Our team can provide legal advice, representation, and advocacy with guardianship and administrative matters, including Enduring Power of Attorney and support before the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).
