Senior Administration Officer

The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative support including operation of both administrative functions and accounts processing, combining key administrative tasks with financial support responsibilities. Key duties of this position include, coordinating the administrative workflow for incoming business support requests, providing general administration support including preparation of correspondence, reports, and data entry, as well as asisting the finance team by managing the Accounts inbox, processing tax invoices and employee expense claims, recording receipts and payments and performing regular reconciliation of company bank accounts and credit card statements.

ADA Australia is seeking two independent non-executive directors, to join its collaborative and committed volunteer Board of Directors. If you are interested in helping us to continue to be a national voice for the rights of older people and people with a disability, increase our reach, and strengthen our impact as advocates, we would love to hear from you. This is your opportunity to work alongside a proactive Board of Directors to set and oversee ADA Australia’s strategy. It would be desirable if candidates also possessed backgrounds in at least one of the following areas, organisation and/or board leadership, strategy, governance, financial management, executive management and/or lived disability experience. We however embrace diversity, so if you have other skills and experience to offer, please outline your experience in your application.
