Intake Team Leader

ADA Australia is seeking applications for a permanent full-time Intake Team Leader in the Brisbane North region. In this role, you will supervise a team of Intake Advocates who are the entry point for all ADA Australia clientele and who provide information and referral to appropriate services or to ADA Australia advocates for further support. We are looking for people who have demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills and who have strong problem-solving skills. An understanding and experience in call centre, advocacy or consumer education initiatives would be an advantage. Please note applicants are required to submit their resume, application form, and a response to the key selection criteria as outlined in the Position Description. Intake Team Leader

Finance Officer

ADA Australia is seeking applications for a Finance Officer based in our head office in Geebung. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining creditor and debtor files, reconciling accounts, and supporting the Senior Finance Officer with month and year-end processing. We are looking for people who hold a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or bookkeeping with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience working in a not-for-profit organisation would be an advantage. Applications close: 5pm, Tuesday 2 April 2024.
